I located Justin fabric thru a google search, loved the selection & prices I saw & placed an order. Rec’d my order, but there evidently was a “glitch” in the yardage/calculations after an update w/the website, causing my yardage ordered to be incorrect & me not receiving what was ordered. I contacted Justin promptly & brought up the error, to which he went over & beyond my expectations of resolving the issue, causing him to take a hit w/loss of profit from my order. He sent me the missing fabric w/no addt’l charges as promised! I highly recommend this store, customer service is an absolute priority for Justin & he takes pride in his business and it definitely shows!! If you like batik fabrics as much as I do-buy here…great selection & prices! Justin has a customer for as long as I can keep stitching, a true honorable business owner & delightful person who truly cares for his customer!!!!! Thank You very much for taking care of me in the warm & energetic manner in which you did!
