The Ember Lodge — Local services in Caledonia

We had our Wedding reception here in September of 2024 and I cannot say enough of how great The Ember Lodge is and how perfect the day was!! They worked with us and our requests every step of the way from the tour and booking to all of our questions and setting up! It is a beautiful space that fits the perfect amount of guests. We catered through them as well which I also highly recommend - we did it all through them from our appetizers to dinner and desserts! Not only was the food great but the people who prepared and served it were professional, timely, kind, and attentive. We truly never had to worry about a thing having our reception here and were able to be fully present. They went above and beyond and thought of so many details to help make the day enjoyable for us and our guests! I also recommend utilizing their outdoor space even if you don't have your ceremony here, our guests loved it and the yard games they provided! Plus their campus has so many beautiful spots that we were able to utilize for some great sunset photos! There was so many staff members who helped make our day so amazing and they all truly care about your event and making your vision a reality! And to top it all off, they are very reasonable in their pricing for everything! We cannot recommend...

I had the best experience having my wedding here in Oct 2021. Due to covid we had postponed our big day. I wanted a rustic theme wedding with the barn feel and found this gem. We originally had about 150 people to invite but due to the pandemic, not many people were comfortable with a big celebration, we had a total of about 50 people attend. Christina was so awesome to work with and made this wedding less stressful, considering I wanted to use my own decor. She let us have access to venue night before so all I had to worry about is getting ready for the big day. The welcome sign with both our pictures was perfect. We also stayed at the cabins in jellystone and although the cabins season ended the previous weekend, they were awesome enough to accommodate us all.. My family and friends all raved about the venue and cabins they all want to come back to celebrate our 1 yr anniversary for camp...

This venue has by far the best most attentive staff for your wedding! They were quick to respond to my questions/emails and very helpful in accommodating our special requests. From the wedding coordinator to the kitchen chef, every aspect of our big day was perfect. We catered our food through them and received many compliments on the variety and portions available. Karina was on top of every detail prior to our big day and on our big day ensured we always had a drink while we went around our venue greeting everyone. She checked in periodically with us and ensured all little details were set up properly without me having to worry about it.
