I personally liked the place. I don't understand the complaints. It's an Outlet store, those usually sell you the stuff that's on display. What you see, right in front of you and you buy. That's what you get. It's not a showroom. For that I believe you go to a regular Ashley Furniture store...😐

Bed bugs were found in the bed we bought. Very annoying lady helping us and kept pressuring my daughter to get the bed and she was convinced, they delivered it and theres bed bugs in it and the headboard! Buyer beware! Te intentarán vender lo de exhibición sin decirte hasta que pagas!! Efectivamente, desde que entras se van sobre ti como moscas, no te dejan ver a gusto. Hasta que captan tu incomodidad 10 minutos después, es cuando te dejan ver en paz. Se nos mencionó que por apertura había ciertos descuentos ese mismo día, que sólo avisáramos qué mueble nos interesa. Como no llevábamos medidas, quedamos en que marcaría por teléfono más tarde para confirmar y pagar. Llamé por la tarde para realizar el pago, y para pedir las medidas de la caja para saber si iba a caber en mi auto. A lo que la muchacha me responde (hasta después de haberme hecho el cobro en mi tarjeta): ¿No te dijeron que no viene en caja, que es el de exhibición? En ese momento le indico que no, y me responde: Ah, esque quedaba una caja, y se acaba de vender. Le pregunto si me hizo el cobro a la tarjeta, a lo que contesta que sí. Exijo una resolución, porque no iba a aceptar mercancía de exhibición, y mágicamente a los 10 minutos después resulta que si les quedaba una caja... ¿Qué raro, no? Terribles prácticas de venta.
