I know it's a busy day, we order something on the phone and I wanted to order a torta fria. They say we have to wait 40 minutes because they have other orders that need to come out in order.

It's a torta fria!!!! Not arrachera nor guacamole it's aguacate. Besides their's no other customers physically in store waiting for their order .

sad that fast food restaurants have better service than a local restaurant.

Great products, service a bit slow as they prepare it as it is ordered and you must eat it or refrigerate it almost as soon as it is received specially if you order something with watermelon as it becomes a mess within 30 mins....
