Ugliest service I order a combo, I’m pretty sure she’s a leader this October 2nd at 10:00 pm she’s like 55 years old and she didn’t take the order just say make your order in the screen. I order a burger and she says no we done have that beef rn. I told her do it with other and she was like no way I only have a bigger beef but you as a lead need to solve the problem. Que le costaba dar una carne mas grande si el problema de no tener es de ellos. Y me regreso el dinero de regreso de una forma enojado. También fui lead en jack y jamás se resuelve in problema...

Ordered the spicy chicken strips and the teriyaki salad and was disappointed in both. Wife's teriyaki salad she said had too much teriyaki on it and couldn't taste anything else. The Spicy chicken strips were old, tough and chewy. Nothing like the picture under the menu board represented. To be fair, the onion rings were awesome and the wife's choclate shake was wonderful. The wait staff were very good; friendly and helpful. First time experience at a Jack in the Box, and probably the only visit based on this dine...
