Needed last minute tables and chairs and contacted this company. Paid for the order the day before and was scheduled for delivery early morning since my guest would be arriving for brunch. We waited a couple hours after the scheduled drop off and nobody showed up. Thankfully we have a truck and decided to drive to the business to check if we could pick them up ourselves and find out what had happened . Our Oder was never submitted to be on the route for delivery . What an inconvenience it was. While we did get a refund the service was very disappointing upon pick up of the rental the lady was rude and did not even apologize to me for the inconvenience . I would not reckons and definitely not rent from here anymore . I hope more people come to cal city and bring their business because we need...
