PennWest California Bookstore — Local services in California

I would leave a picture but I never received the item I was promised. The book I ordered said it arrived on the 15th of August. It never arrived. I contacted the bookstore and they essentially said it wasn't their issue and to talk with the post office. Well the post office told me there is nothing they could do and to contact the seller. The individual in charge of the book store was short in all her messages and when I told her I contacted my leasing office to see if it was misdelivered, went to the USPS office, and contacted UPS she STOPPED replying. USPS and UPS both told me that my order did not qualify for claims. So I suppose I am out of 50 dollars. Would not recommend. I wish I would have just paid more on Amazon, at least I would have received my package. Wish I could...

They need new people to run the store as the people doing right now don’t know how to. Very poor communication. Ordered a book and never received it. When I called to ask about it, the book was plugged in their system wrong and I was never notified. After speaking with an associate, the order was cancelled and I had to reorder the book. I got 1 day shipping (at my expense) and won’t be getting the book until 4 days...
