Friends of the Camarillo Library Bookstore — Local services in Camarillo

It was my first time to visit the Camarillo Library. I was a little disappointed when I made and offer on 7 books and they said that they could only offer a 10 percent off discount. In addition, on this day. I also had purchased $38 of other books that same day so I would have made a purchase of over $100 dollars and the woman turned me down. The are not cheap here. They are priced at $2 dollars for paperback and $3 for hardbacks. This is very misleading because the books I was interested in the fee on the inside page was $9 dollars they were paperbacks. So If you go to this friends of the library location be aware they check their books against Amazon's price and really don't leave any meat on the bone for any book dealers to make a profit. I usually love to shop at the friends of the library locations in other cities like Simi Valley, and leave please with my purchase. At this location...

Super nice little bookstore right outside the library. Not only is it a great way to support the local library and staffed with friendly volunteers but I've actually found some gems in it.
