Starbucks — Restaurant in Camarillo

I ordered two drinks and both came out watery and almost pure white in color so I immediately knew that something was wrong, as these are drinks I order from different starbucks locations regularly. I tried them both and they had no flavor to them whatsoever. I waited to get the attention of the employee making drinks and told him my issues with both drinks, he then asked if I normally order something different and that’s why the taste was so off. I said no I order this every time so he offered to remake them. He made them exactly the same as before (completely watered down lacking flavor) When I tried to say something about them still not being correct he shrugged and said “well that’s the recipe so” and walked away. I’ve never had such a huge issue with the consistency between other Starbucks locations while making these same drinks. I don’t like confrontation so I just walked out without taking either drink and drove down the street to the Starbucks on las posas and Arneil where the drinks were made correctly the first time. Completely empty drive through, completely empty lobby. Employees standing around on cell phones, chatting amongst themselves. All the while my order ticket is just sitting in the feeder for 10 minutes on a single drink order. I go up to ask status and the guy behind counter says “for what?” I told him I had an an order and he got more attitude with me so I raised my voice and sure he enough he walked over and pulled my ticket out of the printer. No apology, makes the drink, calls my name, no apology. Ask for the manager, she’s completely aloof and it turns out one of the people just standing around. She didn’t intervene at any point until I asked for her. No apology, explained to her the situation and let her know I would be escalating it. All she said was “ok”. No apology. I spend a ridiculous amount of money at Starbucks and the only one worth any trouble in Camarillo is the location on ponderosa. I will never visit this...

I placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up at this location, when i arrived at the drive thru, they said they did no have both my orders and that i would have to go inside and place my order again. The worker was abrupt and a little rude as he was rushing me to get out of the drive thru. When i went inside he told another work to help me. As i was explaining to him the issue, i told him i did not want to place another order as it would charge me again. I showed him a screen shot of my order but because it did not have a date, he would not honor it. After about 5 min. he checked the orders waiting for pickup on the counter and my orders were there. I asked why was i told they didn't have them. He said nothing, not one word, put my drinks in a carrier and food in a bag, didnt apologize or anything.
