Poor service. Lack of options.

The staff seemed to be disturbed and rude. Dusturbed and rude enough that I felt the need to advocate for myself just to... well, place an order. Guy walked off while I was asking questions about the way that food is prepped.

Number one, this is a dining establishment. When food is involved there are health and dietary concerns: allergies, health risks, etc.

Also, no vegan options (besides guac and pico, water and rice) These are minor issues compared with the way the waitstaff behaved. I even had to run all the way INTO the kitchen to stop the lady that I placed the guac order with. I called repeatedly after her, got up, walked behind her calling "excuse me", and she never stopped. She could hear me, she responded to other things later. She didn't want to be bothered. Another waitress who served equally disturbed responded to me.

So, in conclusion, I didn't bother them with a tip and I won't bother them with my business again. I don't tip for bad service, I tip excessively for plain ole good service and ridiculously for great service. I've tipped over 200% for great service. But, this didnt...

This restaurant used to be my favorite place to eat,I moved out of state and hadn’t been to eat here in over 2 years and missed it so much! their fajitas and drinks used to be delicious. I went there on Friday and the food was terrible I ordered the chili peppers fajitas (usually it’s bomb) the shrimp were not deveined, it was over cooked, very dry and didn’t have much flavor. I was so disappointed. I ordered a mango chamoy margarita and it was basically a smoothie barely any tequila in it. But the worst part was the service! Our server was so rude he forgot to bring half the things we asked for. The other server checked on us and I told her about my meal being dry and she was also very rude. She carried on to argue and defend the cook that’s been there for 8 years instead of relating my concern to our own server. We were then charged for a meal that was not edible. Don’t waste your time or money on this place you will be disappointed!!...

Alright so first time visiting this restaurant and it's your regular Mexican style food. The food was good nothing too special about it but I mean it was bad tasting it's just tour classic food. Now the pricing it's ridiculous high for a family of 4 was over $120 yes you seeing this correct $120 for mexcian food.........way too expensive and like I said nothing special about it. Would I recommend this place ? NO I WOULDNT. will I come back again? NO I WONT. if you want this type of food much lower prices and same taste go to oxnard and checkout the restaurants there good example is Lalos in Oxnard and ther in Camarillo. The reason for the 1 star review is just nothing impressive and cost too high. Oh the service wasn't good too you figured spending that much they can at least try to make it good but no they didn't.
