I have shopped at this establishment for years. It seems they have a new Manager who is the rudest I have ever encountered. First of all when she speaks to you as a paying customer she has the worst Customer Service I have ever encountered. I asked for the Manager and after she stated that was her I thought who in the world would put this curt rude person in charge. I am in my late 60’s and obviously she was taught zero manners.
Bottom line is the gift I gave my husband was very flawed. Three scratches on it. I did not see it at purchase and do not believe it was there.
She is curt when she answers the phone, when she has to answer a question or basically anything that has to do with helping a customer.
I worked in customer service for 45 plus years and she would have been soooooo long gone.
She had the Gaul to tell me I bought the flawed item. Why didn’t she point it out at purchase to I dude the customer wanted it.
I explained I had eye problems but never saw 3 scratches.
She CURTLY to me to bring it back.
