Some seem nice others do not. When we first asked to see a property they had listed here in Tennessee, I mentioned that we had talked to another realtor and the guy automatically gave me the spill that he was not going to waste his time on me if I had another realtor. I never said I had another realtor, plus the other realtor I did talk to was about property over 2 hours away. Well the guy ended up showing us the property, since the lady that had the listing was working somewhere and could not do it herself. I had an inspection done and requested that a HVAC tech look over the unit and I was assured that a licensed professional was looking at it and was told that it was in good working order. We had other things done, poorly, but was done. We bought the house and on night one.. the HVAC did not work, it was getting over 95 in the house, we had to go stay elsewhere. I called the realtor, she said she would make it right. It has been several months now, and no one has made it right. I had to buy another HVAC unit before wintertime or we could have been looking at dying (no joke). The heat exchangers were cracked, which can let carbon monoxide in the home putting you in a silent death. If I would have been told that the exchangers were cracked, it would have been part of the negotiations to have it at least temporarily fixed, or to pay half on a replacement unit. I ended up replacing the unit and it cost me $7,000plus to do so. So I would not trust the smiling faces of this group. One guy that sounds like he would throw you in a dumpster, and a lady that does not look for the best interest of the buyer and seller. Which she was supposed to have done, since she was the realtor for both sides. The reason I waited this long to post a review, was to give amble time to see if she was going "to make it right" as she said. They did not, so the review is written. Don't use them. This is to add further note: based on response from 731 Realty. They stated in their response that repairs were made, they were not made. The Heat Exchangers were still cracked and the HVAC guy had only put Freon in the unit to charge it, which means, also that if there was an inspection that I had requested by licensed HVAC guy was done, then a leak would have been also determined as well as the 2 - 2 inch cracks that were located on top of the heat exchangers, that the HVAC guy that she did call out here showed me, of which he stated that no one else recently had inspected the unit based on what he found. Which means I was lied to about it being inspected. Which was to have been done yes, based on the home...
