Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Camden

My family has always enjoyed Sonic food in the past. ..So we went to the Sonic in Camden to have lunch on May 30th. We ordered our food and when we tasted it …everything tasted like old grease. This disgusting dried up burger that was NOT even HOT! Then it seemed everyone noticed everything had a gross taste to it and none of the food seemed fresh. My chili fries were NASTY 🤢 and I didn’t even get chili until my food was cold. ( Mind u I’m the only one that had a burger and also the one who asked them to bring the chili they forgot for my fries and then tipped them again.) The girl who brought out the food looked like she was up for days partying her body covered with major sores. Also, she acted very weird when she came to the car ,not wanting to look at us when she handed the food or money. She also gave us two wrong drinks that we never ordered and we were like ….oooook ..this is strange. She also only gave us 4 packs of ketchup with 4 people in the car and multiple food items ordered, that bill was $50! What’s even worse…I got food poisoning from the food as well! I have been sick all night with food poisoning since I left there and I’m very very Very sick and barely slept because it was coming out from both ends. I will NEVER go back again! Just please….Do yourself a favor and pass by this place and don’t stop! Unless u wanna throw up everything u have ever ate in your life! I had to miss my flight home to Ft Lauderdale and it cost me over $780.00 to cancel and rent our car for another day…cause I couldn’t fly while being so sick. I am so unhappy! I wanna give this place a 0 star! You need to check your food practices, train your staff better. If I was an old person I could have DIED from...

This place is so frustrating. They randomly close sometimes an hour or more early, you get home with your food it's prepared wrong and if you order fried cheese sticks or the pretzel they never put the cheese sauce or marinara in your bag even if you ask for extra. I really like Sonic but they need to focus on insuring orders are right before bringing it out. I hate when you call them to tell them they didn't include something that the menu says comes with the item and they tell you well just come back up here and we'll give it to you. Meanwhile my $30 worth of food gets cold. After going through the reviews it appears for at least 5 years the complaints are still the same...rude staff, cold food, orders wrong, closes earlier than hours posted, slow service and the list goes on and on. If they haven't fixed the issues in 5 years apparently they don't care that you're paying a lot of money for cold food made wrong or not...

Slow service and order is usually wrong. Today 11/16/2016, when we went the food came out rather quickly and we thought there was no way the order was going to be correct. Checked all the bags and for the first time since moving here the order was correct. Got home, started eating, and I got half way done with my burger and realized it was not cook all the way through. Wife inspected hers and it was the same. We checked the other two that the kids were eating and they were pink as well. Ordered four burgers and none of them were done. That explains why we got our food so quickly. Gross, will not be going back here. Update: 7/23/2017 Decided to give them another try. The burger for my son was raw, my strawbery banana master shake had a 3 inch piece of banana in it, and ordering was about as fun as a root canal. Really ridiculous. I can't believe Sonic allows this place...
