I went here for a long time when I was younger and had long hair and was always treated very well and had a great experience getting my hair done very well most of the time. When I got short hair, I had a very bad experience being discriminated against as a woman with short hair, having my hair shaved on the back and sides and asking for a trim and being told "I had no hair to cut!" when a man would never have been told that. I asked politely if I could please just have my neck and sides trimmed. I was told "I guess" rudely. Other than that I have been treated well and never had a much of a problem except a few things not turning out how I wanted here and there, but what can you do? I was referred to Cora for a haircut. I asked for an inverted bob, showed her a color photo on my phone and brought a 5x7 black & white photo or her to go by also. She didn’t cut it right the first day, so I went back so she could redeem herself and cut it right. Instead of cutting it correctly, she hacked it up; and I had to go to another beauty shop to have it fixed. I was horrified at what she had done. I recieved an excellent haircut today. Unfortunately, I was unable to remember the women who gave me the haircut but my temperature was taken as I walked in. Fantastic haircut from a pro, she intuitively used conments I made to give me a perfect haircut. Adjusting and communicating the entire time, I felt very comfortable. Need a haircut?...
