They are the WORST! I ordered a tutu for my daughter birthday 2 WEEKS in advance. When we went to get it, they stated that the girl FORGOT and that we could pick it up the next day (the day of her party). Owner PROMISED me that he would stay late and make it himself, he even wrote me on social media, stating that he finished it and it was extra fluffly. Yeah right! Went there the next morning & NO ONE was there. Called and was told that they couldn't "find it. Well let me just say my daughter NEVER got her tutu. What bothered the most, is FABIAN (owner) never called me once to explain or even apologize himself. He gave me his word that he would make it himself and he promised that she would have her tutu. A man that can't keep his word isn't worth much. Don't be let down by these...

Their work is ok but airbrushing incorrect dates on purchase for funeral unapologetically then being a person that believes in second chances I took 2 more outfits for my boys to be done for his 1st bday,set a date for pick up paid in full once again and today I call and it's not done "bc they have a big order come in" totally inconsiderate seem like once they get ya money they just do anything. Praying this order has no error so it does have to end up in small claims court. As human beings we need to do better. I like to see the good in ppl they are friendly at cash exchange even told a few jokes but this feels like I should choose another shop that would do things more so professionally. Definitely pleased with their work. I'm originally from Camden, Nj and relocated my residency to Orlando, Florida .
