Ok Go Play — Local services in Canfield

I was originally going to give it 4 stars but the actions of the woman at the desk changed my opinion to 5 stars. I took my young toddler and we of course loved the toddler play area which is designated as 3 and under. After a while a few girls who were clearly older than 3 years old took over the toddler area and were doing gymnastics routines on the mats. So that meant someone twice the size of my child was doing cartwheels and tumbling in an area filled with small children. Luckily no one got hurt but the potential was there. After realizing the parents didn’t care my mom alerted the desk attendant and she came over to talk to the girls. (They then clearly lied and said they were all 3 -shame on the parents for that one). But they stopped. As we were leaving the woman at the desk came over to apologize for the experience and gave us a coupon to return and said they are trying their best to figure out how to best handle situations like this. That meant a lot to me that she went out of her way to make sure we were happy and would return! I know it’s ultimately on the parents but I was glad to hear the facility is considering a way to better separate the toddler area from the bigger kids area. We had our daughter’s 2nd birthday here this past Sunday and I truly couldn’t be happier!! Everyone had the time of their life and didn’t want to leave. I got texts from everyone saying their kids are asking to have their party there now lol Even the adults! We didn’t even open presents during her party and brought them home because there was no way we were getting anyone to sit and eat let alone watch her open presents. The facility is super clean, not crowded and all the staff I dealt with were super nice, helpful and accommodating. I cannot say enough great things about this place! The staff/ owners are so kind and helpful! They remembered our name at the door from previous visits. The entire place is super clean, including the bathrooms that are used by newly potty trained kiddos. Lol Love that there is plenty of comfortable seating everywhere for parents to sit back and watch their kids or watch a Disney movie on the wall.
