Inner Circle Pizza Canfield — Restaurant in Ohio

From checking them out online pizza looked good, and am a fan of pizza lol. But after first visit I don’t have a want to return to in me . Service was nice and friendly. Was asked a table or booth. We went with booth.. mistake. Should have picked table. We sat so low and sunk into the seats so low at the table was higher than mine chest and that’s not normal for me. My chest is usually always above the table. Food taste good of what I had of it. Persons were very small compared to the price I got as strongly in person with me. Got a small pizza. Bali reminded me of a nice size breadstick. Never had a strong way that small before and I can tell you that it hardly had any of the toppings that I picked inside of it. It was more bread than anything. I did like the breading or crust you wanna call it. I was able to get my whole Stromboli, and I just recently had sleeve stomach surgery. It’s like the size of a banana now. Just to give u idea of how small it is along with the portion size. The pizza was small, and lack luster of the amount of toppings on it . The price was high for what we got . And we didn’t even order drinks. So yeah if u eat very little and like to toss away money on over priced things then go have you...

This is not the first time I have had bad service and sub-par food at this restaurant. Options for pizza and wings in Canfield are limited, so we ventured to try it again. BUT, as you can see by the star rating it didn't work out for us. First, it took us 20 minutes to even be acknowledged once we were seated. Once we placed our order it took another 40 minutes to get the food. The little bit of salad dressing we did receive didn't even cover 1/3 of the salad, we asked for additional dressing and never received it. The wings came out with 0 to no sauce on them, even the waitress acknowledged that and took them back to get more sauce, which we were charged for. There were 3 of us and the waitress only gave us 2 sets of utensils and never returned with the 3rd so we had to share, we asked for additional napkins and never got them, I had to go to the bar and get napkins which then I was interrogated as to why I needed them. REALLY? We ordered wings!!!! The pizza was not good, sauce tasted old. This place used to be the place to go for good food and service, but lately not so much! I'm sympathetic about being short staffed however....

We were seated promptly but the seats had liquids spilled on them and we had to request the seats be wiped down. We got our food (cold) in about 30 minutes. The server never once came back to check on our meals nor were we offered any refills. After eating, it literally took 25 minutes to receive our bill. Then after another 15 minute wait and the server never coming back, I took the check to the carryout area myself to pay. I only tipped 10% and she's lucky she received that. The server for the people next to us returned to their table a dozen times and had them checked out within 2 minutes of dropping their bill. I gave 3 stars because, well, it's the holidays. I really should only give 1 star! Dirty seats,, bad service, cold food, no refills and excessive wait times to pay and leave. All while other customers are waiting for a table.. But of course we all know that the owner doesn't care what these reviews say because they haven't responded to any review. Just shows what kind of SHITSHOW they run!
