ALDI — Local services in Canfield

This Aldi has only been open for a week. The staff was nice the store is clean I was excited that there is an Aldi's in Canfield now. Saturday September 1st I bought a loaf of wheat bread and opened it on Tuesday. When peeling the pieces of bread apart the center of the bread was filled with a white cotton like mold. I tried to call the store because I could not get in there and ALDI does not give store numbers, they say it is to keep their prices low. I threw the bread away because I could not get back to the store and tried to call a 855 number, that was on the internet but it told me to go to the website. I went to the website and there is no number to talk to customer service. I then proceeded to fill out the form to let them know the information. At that point it had a list multiple UPC codes for the same product. Since I threw the bread out I didn't know a UPC code so it would not let me turn in any information. I find it bothersome a store that's opened one week with such a good reputation sold something like this. I was not able to contact someone. There should be a way to tell someone so they can examine some of the same product and then get that product off the shelf. I understand things happen but there should have been some way to give the store itself information either a phone call or a email so that you can email the store and they can go through emails for the day. Canfield Aldi is super spacious , clean aisles, bright and welcoming. Same products as the others in the area. Grand opening sale prices and a good coupon brought many people in.
