I came out to my vehicle in the morning to head to work. As soon as the engine started, I received a TPMS warning indicating low tire pressure on my front right tire. I had an unexpected washer and screw deeply piercing my truck tire. A block from home, I pull in to Mavis Tire in Canton, GA near Laurel Canyon. The fine folks at Mavis assessed the problem quickly. The previous shop had not aligned my tires properly with the trucks computer and TPMS sensors. The techs at Mavis found that the system was falsely indicating the wrong tire had low pressure. It was the right rear, not right front, as indicated. Not only did they straighten out that issue, but they were also able to accommodate my long-bed GMC 3500 (23' in length) on their hoist to quickly remove the damaged tire, plug and patch the hole, and had me back on the road within 1 hour as a walk-up. The fine folks at Mavis Tire absolutely made my day. Very friendly, fast, and professional. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend this shop. I stopped in your store at Laurel Canyon Village Circle, Canton, GA. today to get a quote on a set of tires for my 2022 Kia Soul. I recently had a recall on my Kia, took it to the Kia dealership, was told by the service advisor that my tires would need to be replaced soon. With being told that from the service advisor, I took him at his word. The gentleman at your store was nice enough to take the time to look at my tires. He then informed me that I was not in need of new tires and that I probably had another 20, 000 good miles of use with what I'm driving on now. I was so HAPPY with this news and so appreciate his honesty. I'm an above knee amputee and live on a tight budget, as we all do these days and I so appreciate him saving me a big expense but rest assure when it is time for me to really need new tires, I will buy them at your store!! We are just visiting the area and our truck started having issues with the starter, battery, and alternator. We went to a different mechanic to get a new starter installed and it was fine for the night but the problem started again the next morning. I came into Mavis recommended from someone at Autozone and John took great care of us and our truck! Diagnosed the issue, switched out our battery and made everything incredibly easy and took care of the issue quickly. The crew even fixed a nail we had in the tire.
