If I could award The Local Graze more stars, I absolutely would! Words fail to express how phenomenal this place is. The customer service transcends excellence; they went above and beyond to assist me during a time of need. With my youngest recently diagnosed with Celiac’s disease, navigating this new dietary lifestyle seemed daunting, especially when it came to celebratory treats like birthday cake. However, our luck changed when we stumbled upon a recommendation for The Local Graze. With just a phone call, they seamlessly accommodated a last-minute request for a gluten-free Bundt cake with citrus icing. The result? Pure culinary bliss! My kids couldn't stop raving about the cake, and honestly, every bite was worth every penny. Not only was it dye-free and gluten-free, but it also tantalized our taste buds with its deliciousness. Yes, it may come with a higher price tag, but supporting a local mom and pop shop that provides allergen-free options, which are not only delectable but also healthy for my family, is simply invaluable. In addition to the cake, we indulged in a fresh loaf of gluten-free bread and some sprinkle sugar cookies, each of which was equally divine. Needless to say, my family and I have become ardent fans and will undoubtedly return for more of their delightful offerings. The Local Graze comes highly...

Chelsea and Eric I did not know before I walked in their doors the first time. However they made my wife and I feel welcome and appreciated and like family. But the times we have visited or even took a longer pause to try one of their new sandwiches, they treat everyone that walks through the door that way. It’s who they are.

I often find gluten free bakeries when I travel as well as visit one in ATL, and order from one in NC. Each one is different and offers different options. For TLG to have just opened in OCT 2023, they carry a variety that even my gluten eating wife, and friends love. One even saying that it’s the first thing she is doing when she gets back in town from vacation.

The bread is the best gluten free bread out of all the brands, stores, bakeries I have ever tried on my LONG gluten free adventure.

Prices are similar to other dietary specialty bakeries that are much larger. They are fair.

I am not a huge sweets fan in general, and still working my way through, but TLG’s bite size yummy cake bites (especially the almond ones) hit the spot. As do the sugar free oatmeal chocolate chip cookies.

Texture is perfection, which all of us gluten free people know is not an easy task.

Take a stop in and have a taste. You...

Cute store in a great location!

I have celiac with a soy and latex allergy.

Unfortunately, they have soy in many things. So all the yummy pictures of the food were unavailable to me. But they did have a lemon shortbread like cookie. So I got a package of those. They were delicious! 🎉 There was a couple who came in to the bakery. They looked at the cases, like they were making decisions on what they would like to try. They asked a couple questions, and then left without purchasing. I didn’t hear what they were talking about, but it may have had to do with other allergens. The same issue I have too. There have been many times that I show up at a shop, excited, only to find out that I can have nothing or very little. And non of the yummy things in the pictures are usually included in my can-do list from their shop.

What do you do? Don’t take it personal. Speak to someone who may be able to make minor adjustments to open their market up to more people. Be thankful for the group they currently support. In hopes that in the future they look to support some other...

Thank you thank you thank you For more than a dozen years in our celiac journey, wife & I have been trying to find reasonably priced, dedicated gluten-free place anywhere near home. Good luck... Until now! Great food (wife unable to rate & review due to sudden-onset uncontrolled drooling issue), amazing service and, for gluten-free, VERY reasonably priced sweets \ baked goods. Amazing! Please support our local merchants - especially those who "get it" about celiac!!!
