Just picked up a to-go order for myself, my husband, and my daughter. I ordered sushi and it was absolutely disgusting. The avocados were brown and old (the guy I spoke to tried to say it was from the sauce but I know what an old avocado looks like). My daughters chicken and fries looked like they were from McDonaldās, were cold, and the fries were so covered in salt you could barely eat it. I couldnāt eat any of my meal, neither could my daughter. My husband ate his bc he didnāt want to waste and was hungry, but we threw out the rest. I called someone to talk to them and the gentleman on the phone raised his voice at me and talked over me the entire time while I was extremely calm trying to explain our situation. He tried to tell me I should have asked for the eel sauce on the side of my sushi if I didnāt want it??? Even though I was trying to explain to him that there was so much sauce on the sushi you couldnāt eat it. It was soaked and literally falling apart. By far the worst food and customer service experience Iāve ever had. We paid $51 for a meal that we didnāt get to eat. I told him I wanted to talk to a manager and he hung up on me. My DoorDash we showed up to pick up the order and said the place was closed and in darkness. I called after the delivery driver said he would hang out a minute while I tried to get them on the phone. The guy at the restaurant answered the phone then said he was there and would walk outside with the order sounded very confused after it sounded like the phone call forwarded. Absolutely horrible service. I will be leaving this review on my media platform I can. I will never order from this restaurant nor will I ever enter the restaurant again.
After calling the store I was blown away to learn that it was actually the owner of the store that did this. Apparently itās not an unusual thing. I told the manager who I spoke with today that this was absolutely ridiculous. He agreed with me and asked well did you at least get your money back⦠I donāt even have the energy to really get into this with the owner, Joe. But I will say I would be embarrassed to call myself the owner of this establishment. I would be ashamed of the actions and the horrible service. Terrible...

The Crab Rangoon and Fried Pot Stickers are the worst I've ever had based on two separate experiences. Both of these appetizers appear to been pre made and frozen prior to cooking. Each individual piece were identical so I suspect they were processed by a machine. The Crab Rangoons' filling appears to be a cream cheese and they did not have a hint of crab taste. The Pot Stickers were the same only the filling is a reddish meat of some kind with a thick tasteless breading. Awful. The egg drop soup was inedible. It was very thick with an unusual taste and viscosity. We threw it away. I ordered the sushi mori A. The fish was NOT fresh at all. I have been eating sushi for 35 years and I know the difference between fresh fish and old fish. It wasn't quite spoiled but it was close. After two experiences with Rice I will not be ordering from them again. Maybe the food is better if you eat at the restaurant.
