Actually really loved coming here until today!!! Violet needs a very good reality check! Not sure if she was having a bad day today or if she is always like this! She is ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS! The only reason I gave it 1 star is because I had to and the other ladies here are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING with great customer service!!!

Not sure I’ll be coming back after not being greeted by her when I walked up to the checkout and after she couldn’t even say to have a good day. She completely ignored us and was talking to everyone else when she gave my receipt then preceded to say I need a number on this instead of asking politely. All I can say is VERY RUDE and it makes me feel like it’s because the color of my skin is different than hers with how rude she was. We will not be spending our money here again until the situation is handled and she learns to offer better...

When we moved to the area last we found NETFC, and have been purchasing our animal feed and other farm essentials here weekly since then. Today I had a problem that I felt needed addressed by a manager. Tracy took my call, however I was left feeling insulted by her lack of willingness to help. From the beginning of the phone call, she sounded bothered. When it was clear I was getting nowhere and asked her who I should speak with about the ingredients in the feed I bought she didn't give me a name or reference. I had gone to the Co-Op in Canton during the week and got Gallegher Polywire for $29.99. I ran out and was going to Sulphur Springs so I stopped in to pick up some. I found it but it was priced at 78.99 the same price as the Turbo wire, knowing this was wrong I went to the front to ask about it. The lady went and confirmed with some man about the pricing. Came back to me and said it’s right it was brought in as the turbo wire. I said but it’s not correct she wanted to argue and I said I guess we are going to have to agree to disagree.
