Just had the Bavette as fajitas!!! Wow! I marinaded them on equal parts soy and pineapple juice (same as Pappasitos and Uncle Julio’s) for a few hours to insure some flavor without over powering the “CAB beef” flavor. Grilled HOT and I should have taken pictures. The shape gives some parts from med-rare to rare and boom that’s good eatin! You do not much in the way of fixins when the beef is this good. For the price of one persons fajitas in a regular Mexican joint I fed 4 with the best fajita meat they may ever get. They don't answer the phone, forward it to voicmail, and even if you go in person they tell you the product will be in on this day and you check back that day and the next 3 days and it's the same story....
