Pros: Great river cruise boat. Nice captain. Helpful grandson first mate. 100% covered seats on board. Porta Potty on board.

Cons: Thursday cruise has food included from Fish Lips and it was less than average in terms of offerings. Meatballs, pasta salad, beans and green salad (that was good, before it sat in the sun), weird combos overall though... a better suggestion would be to provide turkey sandwiches or burgers... something more common to please the majority.

It was VERY hard to hear the educational part of the tour due to all passengers talking...for people who are interested, please figure out another way to share the useful info you had about the area.

FYI: The Captain called to cancel the morning of our cruise "due to weather" but it never rained that day and in the same conversation he suggested we try a smaller boat if we insisted on going that day, which doesn't make sense if he was worried about weather. We assumed he canceled our cruise due to not having enough passengers to make it worth his time/money to run the boat. We would have appreciated the honesty over...

We did the boat parade ride, and the tour itself was great! The tour, being part of the parade, and the drinks and snacks were great. I’m rating lower though because there was one of the rudest families I’ve ever seen on a group tour, and the captain/staff did nothing to address it with them, which made the ride uncomfortable for the rest of us. I could tell the staff was getting upset too, but they weren’t making them stop. There didn’t seem to be a list of rules, or what I would call common sense boat etiquette. I know it’s hard to address on a boat, and if it were any other tour, the family would have been removed, but at the very least they should have been told to sit and stop screaming (they were standing in front of the captain and up front so often it made it hard for others to go up front and get pictures, and one of them was screaming the whole time and not in a way that was appropriate for the setting). I am disappointed because while I loved this tour, I hesitate to want to do something like this again in fear of being stuck with people like that and the staff not...

After reading the reviews we thought this would be a good choice for an afternoon with friends and family from the north. It turned out to be a very disappointing day. What we thought was a river tour to see wildlife dolphins and Manatee, turned out to be a drive-by of the marinas around Cape Canaveral. We spent more time Looking at old docs and boats. We spent a lot of time getting information about the SpaceX portions of the marina and then we did trying to find dolphins if you’re going to have a boat called the blue dolphin and your ad show dolphins and manatee maybe you should spend more time trying to find them for your guests then explaining about the SpaceX project. I was very disappointed with the whole day the crew was fine until the end where they held a tip cup expecting You to handover more money then you just spent to be disappointed very unprofessional in my opinion.
