Iām a very detail-oriented person, and I encountered several complications with both pairs shortly after purchase. Naturally, this led to multiple return visits to the store. From the beginning, the entire team was consistently courteous, attentive, and eager to assist. Despite my repeated visits, every staff member remained patient and professional, always greeting me with a positive attitude and a willingness to help. All were transition and tint. This was my first pair of transition so in needed to get use to it. It turns out I needed a wider lens. At first I dealt with Ms Rita. She was very understanding and patient. I was very hesitant to go back. But she assured me that their only interest was that I was comfortable with such a large investment. She. Attempted to adjust the glasses as is and asked me to come back if it didn't work. Unfortunately the lens did not accomplish it's purpose. So they had to send it back for adjustment. At that time I dealt with AJ. Once again, if they couldn't top the customer service, AJ accomplished that. Very patient. Very accommodating. Very understanding that this is my first pair and assured me their only goal was for me to be comfortable. They did the adjustment and so far I am pleased. I would highly recommend...

As I was there, I overheard another patient complaining about discomfort with their contacts. The staff clearly trusted Dr. Nguyen and asked if he could take a look, even though he was already heading out the door with his belongings for the day. Without hesitation, he turned back, showing no signs of frustration or negative body language, just a genuine willingness to help. That level of care was truly impressive.
Sarah, who greeted me when I first walked in, was fantastic. The assistant manager, Rochelle, was also great, she was patient and kind throughout the process.
