Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Cape Coral

My experience at Einstein Bro. Bagel it was an average experience. When you walk in you are greeted with the smell of little to no fresh bagels. The menu was slightly lighted with beautiful pictures of bagels stuff with these amazing ingredients. You are soon greeted with workers waiting for you to order your food. I had trouble picking out my order. No sandwich really spoke to me. On the other hand if you are vegan you could easily pick the option “Avocado Vego” but I wanted something with dairy in it so I had “Garden Avocado” it had avocado,spainish,egg white,and tomato. Although the ingredients seem very fresh and I would have to say that was one of there ways of being the spotlight of cafes near me. I didn’t like how it was dry,with nothing saving it except the freshness of the ingredients. On the side of our main course meal. We had drinks I had the “cold brew caramel shake” it tasted like I wanted diabetes in one sip. But besides that I liked it very much. But on the downfall if you want to be disappointed again they only had 2 sizes small and large. I got the large it was a pretty good size.the drink was cold with wimp cream on top with a drizzle of caramel. You can taste of the sweetness overtake your mouth. When it hint my mouth I felt confuse,angry and the worst backstab. I had this healthy sandwich but then I had this sweat drink. It didn’t complete eachother. With barely any smoothies on their menu. I wondered if I should of picked one of them. But a smoothly with a bagel, doesn’t fit right. So I absolutely love Einstein Bagel’s but the staff is absolutely PATHETIC! First of all, I stood in line, ordered my food, and then ended up waiting around for 21 minutes! Lol, yes, I counted the minutes it took because I was in somewhat of a hurry! I ordered a half dozen of plain bagels. I politely asked the girl working named Anna how much longer it would take for my bagels to be ready and she said “I don’t know,” in the rudest possible way! I asked her if she could find out for me and she literally said NO! Even the Door Dash man waiting for his order asked why it was taking so long before Anna told him off too before he just decided to leave! Finally, my order was ready and Anna picked it up, looked at me psychotically, and whipped it across the counter in my direction! I was shocked! Whatever happened to customer service?!? To top it off, I ended up getting 5 bagels instead of 6! I paid for a half dozen! I’m so upset! I could have handled a missing bagel but the clerk, Anna, was way too much to handle! She was so rude and disrespectful and honestly, I was afraid to even eat my food after the way she acted towards me and everyone there! I ended up just throwing it all in the garage after I got home. Stuff A Bagel is still top for me, this was fairly disappointing. I ordered the Farmhouse bagel sandwich as it seems like their top rated sandwich. It said it had country gravy cream cheese, maybe I read it wrong but it just tasted like powdered mix overly peppered country gravy and wasn’t creamy like I’d expect if it’s cream cheese. The ham, bacon and egg was cold so not sure if that’s how it was suppose to be but it only took 10ish minutes to get to the house, it shouldn’t have been that cold. The ham and bacon tasted fine but the egg was egg white, which I didn’t request so it wasn’t really what I normally like. I also got a French toast bagel with plain cream cheese and it had the lightest smear of cream cheese ever and it was almost $7. Part of the bagel didn’t even have cream cheese on it. The bagel and cream cheese had a very strong onion flavor so I think maybe the same knife was used that cut something with onions and wasn’t cleaned off before being used again so that was disappointing as I really am not a fan of the flavor of onions.
