I give this place a 3 because, and only because, it's a nice park. But I just want to remind people of something. If you can afford it go ahead. But you have to stop and think especially for, "Snow Birds." I live in Sarasota Florida. I'm from Louisiana. Not the greatest state by far. But one thing I'm certain of, and this goes for other states, why spend $150,000 dollars on a place you own but still pay rent. 1,600 dollars a month. And let me remind you you have to make 3 times that amount to even be eligible. When you can go to Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, wherever! Buy a piece of land, say a quarter of an acre, and buy straight from the dealership that same "Manufactured Home," it's a trailer people, for $50,000 and own the land and the trailer and not pay rent on your own home. If your answer is a pool then take 4 months of patience and buy you one with the money you'd spend on rent. But hey, I get it. People have their own thing. But live in a trailer in Florida or a mini mansion somewhere else with money still left over. But overall the place is nice but not for the price. I wasn't knocking the place but wether 1600 or 900, or 139,000 or 150,000, it's crazy to buy a home you own and pay rent. When you you take that, let's just say roughly I don't have a calculator, extra 80,000 to 100,000 and tack another what 10,000 dollars a year you pay and buy a pool and a shuffle board court. Like I said it's a nice place and if you have the money to do so then Osprey is a beautiful place to do it. But Florida is one of the biggest retirement scams ever!. I'm sure you'll have plenty of business and it's nothing against your company. In fact your company is great. I'm an honest person. Cobblestone owns it. It's just insane to buy something on land you don't own. Paying land tax is one thing. But beaches, get an RV or a van. And find a Cobblestone place with RV hook ups that might save you some money if you don't stay annually. So again, I'm not attacking your business. Everyone has their own thing. It's just wild from the outside looking in. And you all did the best job ever bringing that place back to life. You made it a 1000 times better than what it...
