High Profile began as a great experience that has since been lost in the name of profit. They have all but abandoned the medical patients that got them to where they’re at, they up charge their products to ridiculous extents (Greenlight Dispensary is almost always often cheaper for the same exact product).
The staff can be kind but they don’t seem interested in much aside from getting you in and out the door. Their variety of strains (both bulk and prepackaged) is awful compared to other dispensaries in the same area and is overpriced. They try to push you to spend more to gain reward points only to have said points expire before you’re done saving them up to use.
High profile had a great start and I thought would set the standard but instead have turned into just another place focused entirely on their bottom line at the expense of the customer experience.
I’d recommend anyone thinking of stopping here to first check around other dispensaries in the Cape area, primarily Greenlight, before making your purchase to avoid being taken advantage of by this crusader of cannabis turned soulless business machine.
Their selection of popular strains has plummeted in variety over time, you never see any of your Pineapple Express or Blue Dream anymore, instead pushing their own Cloud Cover products. It’s been sad to watch the decline since their promising opening.
Cape has enough dispensaries in their area that you can and should afford to shop around before blindly walking in, and it should be noted places like Greenlight also take debit cards where High Profile is still a cash only business despite their status in the industry.
They have a lot of work to do, and a lot of prices to lower or regular sales to be had before I’ll ever consider coming...

I've been coming to this location for over a year now once a week , four hours round trip ... Quarter tank of fuel!!!!....spending at least 240 each trip four times a month. The "bud tenders" don't ask if you wanna use your points... And they offer certain specials to certain people ... Like today 3/28/2024 @ 9:00 a.m. I purchased the three for 120 platinum vape carts... Done deal 144 and some change. My best friend / roommate that rides with me sometimes got offered a deal buy three platinum vape carts @120 plus tax 144 and some change but then get another 1g lime platinum vape for 25.00. call to speak to the so called manager Josh and his lame excuse is maybe the bud tenders you got forgot ... You think dude they never ask about points either call in about that and it's in one ear out the other... Well my hard earned money won't be going to this establishment anymore ... Once i figure out how to delete my number from y'all's system it will be deleted ... Zero stars ... Always a circus but no damn ring leader thanks Josh for making excuses for your employees like always! Got the receipt on both purchases this morning showing how they offer certain things to certain folks.

Read moreI started coming here specifically because it started in my hometown and their loyalty program was intriguing, however they had a "misunderstanding" my 1st visit for $100 and I let it slide and restarted my 4 visits spending $100 to get a $100 credit. Every time I stepped foot inside I verified my amount, communicated that I wanted to spend enough for the visit, was assured how many visits I had left. I was told last time it was my 3rd and my next would be the 4th and final to receive my credit. Go today, all excited and left, angry, embarrassed, and feeling scammed and lied to. The man who ALWAYS rang me out was there today but it was someone else I was dealing with telling me that no my last visit did not count after discount because apparently the tray I purchased that I paid for, he didn't actually ring up and I need to understand that technically I have to complete 2 more $100 visits. The employee who KNOWS he wronged me just stood there silently not saying a word though je could hear everything and he knows exactly what they have done to myself and others and he pretended as though all is fine. I'm furious, I was lied to multiple times and scammed.
