Have had nothing but bad experiences here. Clothing selection and prices are very disappointing, especially when compared to the stores in the St Louis area. I recently bought a stroller in preparation to bring our baby girl home but once she arrived and I began using the stroller, I learned quickly it was defective. The button to open the stroller would get stuck and I would have to mess with it a lot to get it to finally open. It wouldn’t happen every time but it happened enough that my husband and I were getting frustrated at the inconvenience. I owned the stroller for 1 month, attempted to use for 2 weeks, and took it to the store to explain my issue with the stroller and they wouldn’t honor a refund since the return was past the 7 days even though the stroller wasn’t working properly. Becareful of buying bigger items like this with short return windows from this store. Also, becareful buying strollers because they wouldn’t return but did buy it back for $24 when I paid $60 which means they’ll make more money on a piece of junk stroller. I wasn’t going to sell it to anyone knowing the issues it’s having but apparently they are fine with selling in bad faith as long as they’re making money. So...

I drove over an hour to sell items on my one day off, Thursday. For them to tell me it will take 24-48 hrs. So my quote was not ready until Saturday. Well come Wednesday I get a text that it’s the last night to collect items. So i call asking if I could come tomorrow morning bc again, my only day off. He was rude, saying no we will be donating if not picked up by tonight. I then explained my situation of being an hour away and working and he said well we are pretty transparent about these things when you drop off to sell, a lot of people travel and if you do this again you will no longer be allowed to sell here. I drove over an hour to get there, with a whole laundry basket full of clothes. They told me it would be an hour and a half, I said oh wow that long ? (Because it didn’t seem very busy) she said yes, we will try to get to you as soon as we can and I said okay. I was there for maybe 15 minutes and got a text saying they were done. I was surprised because it took me 15 minutes just to fold everything in the basket. Not even looking at it. They took 3 items and that was it. I don’t think they even looked through my whole basket. If I didn’t drive over an hour to go there, I wouldn’t be so upset. I would recommend the Arnold location and will not be returning to this location. The staff wasn’t very pleasant.
