I would strongly recommend staying away lived there for 15 years and after being able to purchase a house they took it away due to they had a lot more money for Han I did and better lawyer. When the old man had it it was a great place to live when the boy took over all he cared about was the money and how to cheat steal lie. That’s when it went down hill. Even if you had a contract according to the law since he owns the land he can do just about anything he wants, as the city police. Best thing to do is find some where else to live and buy. When they tore down the deck that was built on to it and moved the trailer out we were never behind on lot rent and still had utilities and water hooked up. I would trust them for anything I would even purchased a cup of...
