This is a lovely place to reside, with children playing outdoors as they should, carefree and having fun. I appreciate the village-like atmosphere, where kids feel secure enough to collect trash for cash. It's a safe environment for families, and I've lived here for two years without hearing about any issues. I'm a private person, so I keep to myself. However, I do have one concern: there's a significant mouse infestation in the walls. Pest control has visited, set traps in my cabinet, and confirmed the issue, but it remains unresolved. This is the most disgusting apartment complex ever. It’s making me so miserable living here at 8 months pregnant! I never in my life lived with mice. My 6 year old is terrified and we are losing sleep. We are not use to these type of living conditions what so ever and it’s like management don’t care as long as rent is paid. It’s trash everywhere outside. I’m going to have to take in my own hands and call the heath department. I refuse to bring a new born baby to this home. It’s like living in a village everyone knows everyone’s business, some neighbors have no respect for other neighbors property, kids outside all time of hours, you see children having to take out their parents trash which we see how that goes sometimes they miss the dumpers🤦🏼‍♀️ but other than that rent is fair and if you stay to yourself like me then you shouldn’t have a issue!
