Randy and Ben are great to work with. Unfortunately in the world of technology things don't always go smoothly. Took way longer then should have to switch from a competitor to AT&T. Really appreciated that Randy didn't let me leave until he was sure my phone and watch were working with AT&T. Which caused him to stay past the store closing. Randy took the lead and executed the process from his system without any problems or hiccups. He answered all of our questions and even helped us acquire the required transfer pin from the other carrier.
