Our son passed in November. I had heard great things about Gompf but had no idea how wonderful they truly were until we met Greg Gompf to complete and finalize our son's arrangements which entailed a two hour viewing, follow up cremation, selecting the main and keepsake urns, as well as setting up his plot at the cemetery, designing and ordering his headstone,and arrangements for a service to bury our sons urn. Greg was professional, patient, compassionate and was transparent in providing all our options so that we could make the best decisions for our son. His staff was equally exceptional on assisting with anything we needed including ushering during the viewing. Everything flowed seamlessly and Greg and staff ensured that every step and every component in the process was delivered as promised, if not sooner Our son's passing was sudden, tragic and mind numbing but Greg went above and beyond to guide us through the process from start to finish and even delivered the reading I selected for my son's urn burial, today 8/31/2020. He didn't have to but it was obvious he understood why I needed his assistance (,I wouldn't have made it past the first sentence without losing my composure) and was very kind and thoughtful to help ease the pain of our grief.
