Pirates Cove Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Cardington Township

We placed the ordered at 6:45pm. Taco fold over (person taking the order said sour cream came with it), 12" buffalo chicken sub, 10 piece boneless wings and a small salad. Was told on the phone when placing the order that it would be 30 minutes. At 7:10 went in and they said it would be another 20 min at least. Ended up taking 59 minutes. 7:44 it was ready. The girl did say sorry we got busy. That was it, had a didn't care attitude. They didn't offer to discount anything or a discount for future purchase. Now we get it home and there's no sour cream, the sub isn't cut in half and doesn't have anything on it besides chicken and cheese, the taco fold over it terribly dry and so are the boneless wings with hardly any sauce....

We used to go to Pirate's Cove quite often. They HAD the best subs in the area and surrounding. We went there tonight and are very disappointed. The subs used to overflow with fillings (especially cheese). It seems now they put half of what they used to on their subs. My daughter got an italian sub and they didn't put salami on it, so she basically got a ham sub. It's just not worth the 30 minute drive any more. Great hometown pizza shop and friendly service! Let’s start with the pizza, crisp crust, loaded toppings and baked perfectly. Now the Italian sub, I can honestly say was the best I have EVER had tons of toppings wrapped in toasty perfection!
