Subway — Restaurant in Cardington Township

This is probably the fifth or sixth time that I have ordered some thing that is missing half of the ingredients. Not only were half of the vegetables missing, I also didn’t get the extra bacon, avocado, and cheese that I had ordered for at least three different sandwiches and a wrap.

We all know how expensive those extras can be. I contacted Subway to let them know what had happened and the only response I got was, “sorry you had this experience we’ll let our team know.”

No refund, no compensation for the money we had spent on the food we did not receive- nothing!!

Not to mention this was after we placed our order online, it was supposed to be ready in 20 minutes, and wasn’t ready until 40 minutes later. You would think that in that time span of 40 minutes they would have gotten the...

This location has the nasty habit of charging for all the extras like bacon and guacamole and then NOT GIVING IT TO YOU. Several times now we’ve been charged for extras we That we aren’t getting. Not only that, have of the ingredients we ordered weren’t added. Ie: spinach, lettuce, tomato etc.

And on top of this, the sub is completely falling apart.

And this is from ONLINE ORDERS. So it’s WRITTEN DOWN in front of them!!!

I’m so sick of this subway. I’d rather drive 7 miles out of my way to go to the one in mt Gilead.

I’ve contacted them before. Would love for this to be remedied. But I just get the same lack of service...

On 01/09/2020 there were two middle aged women working. While preparing multiple sandwiches for multiple people neither one removed their gloves. They touched raw meat, then touched the counters, then the sandwich toaster, then with the same gloves on proceeded to touch raw vegetables. This is a severe food health violation, against subway policy, and just disgusting in general. To top it all off they cut my sandwich with a knife COVERED in mayonnaise which was not on my sandwich. If I had a food allergy to mayonnaise and didn't notice that I could've easily died. The staff at this subway need...
