My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Josh and Katrina to design my engagement ring. We went into the shop where Katrina showed us some of the options they had, and then we nailed down the specifics of the ring to what I liked. Josh then sat down with us for 2 hours on a Saturday to explain the 4 C’s of diamonds, insuring the ring, our budget, and what exactly we were buying so we were all on the same page. Then Josh and Katrina went to a diamond show to pick out our diamond because of the way the inclusions can be different in oval diamonds. They then brought 3 diamonds back for us to specifically pick the one we liked. From there, they created rings on a computer program that we were able to see, make changes to, and ultimately choose. Then they even set all of the diamonds in the shop themselves. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received and the final product of my engagement ring! Parker’s truly has the best interest of the customer in mind and we are so excited to work with them on our wedding bands and jewelry in the future! My grandmother gave my husband this ring so one day he could propose with it. Shortly after she died he presented me with this ring. Two years later my life would turn upside down when it broke. The bands were smashed and the diamond was completely removed from the setting. To say I was an absolute mess was an understatement.
