Had fun even though it was raining and no clue were the cave entrance was. To find the cave park on the side of the road walk the trail down to the water under the big sycamore tree then turn left and it's about 200'. It was very muddy inside today so ware old clothes and boots. The cave really surprised me it kept going and going and has marvelous sights such as flow stone and soda straws in various places. One spot had a opening I call a chimney and a few side tunnels. I am impressed but also disappointed in all the garbage and graffiti. Needs a cleaning

To find the cave, you gotta go down one of the trails at the side of the road to get to the lake. You gotta be on the shore to find the trail, just walk left and the cave will be right there. I'm giving this a 2 star rating because there was trash everywhere. The cave smelled terrible, it was flooded with water, and there were feminine hygiene products floating everywhere. The whole trail is littered with garbage and graffiti. Quite nasty

Gonna keep it a buck , the actual trails were pretty short and had some unexpected homeless guests. Lots of trash. After some searching and climbing I did find the cave and it was pretty cool. Pretty views too and a fun rope to help you climb down one side of the mountain

Could be a little cleaner if people would pick up after themselves... But other than that its a nice little hiking spot with sights thats also close to town that you can walk to and access right from downtown. Hiking, fishing, the cave, rope swing into water,...
