small mom & pop restaurant located on a busy street. small sign. blink and you'll drive right past them. luckily for the maps...or else this place does blend in w the rest of the residents on this block. the menu was limited. it said to be their trial menu and the nice lady who worked there said they've been only opened for both a month now. it is a full all hands on deck establishment. got the family all involved and helping out. had my usual: phở special w the Vietnamese iced coffee. large bowl came out pretty large w piping hot broth. the meats, majority of them, were a la carte on the side - interesting. from the look of them, I can tell I wasn't going to be full...and I was correct. broth had good flavor. mild, but definitely hints of the spices. threw all the trimmings and condiments in there and it was enough. for me, the star of the show was the iced coffee. it is SO hard to find real, authentic Vietnamese iced coffee or something closed. this 1 is legit. it's made to order so no drip needed. they offered an extra bottle of condensed milk if it's too strong or bitter but I thought it was perfect. so perfect that I got another 1 to go so I can walk out w 2 coffees in my hands. the place is cozy. people were warm and friendly. always love supporting local businesses and glad I found this place. wish them all the success. I will definitely be back if I'm ever nearby.

Carlisle has gained a gem with Pho Na, and I can’t recommend it enough. If you love pho—or even if you’ve never tried it before—this is the place to go. But the true star here is the pho. The broth alone is an experience—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced, it’s the kind of soup that makes you slow down and savor every sip. Paired with fresh herbs, tender noodles, and perfectly cooked meats, each bowl is crafted with care and passion.

First off, this is a family ran business with everybody working including the kids, which was the cutest shit i have ever seen in my life! Absolutely so awesome to see!! Everybody was literally so kind! Food was also fantastic and very large portions! Very warm and cozy environment! This restaurant has a very bright future ahead of it! Thank you so much for coming to Carlisle!
