Basically adequate enough to get you by in a pinch - but size and selection is extremely limited, and the prices are unusually higher when comparing same/similar items you can get in Lubbock/Midland, or even online. Service is consistently so-so, and they seem to suffer from a high turn-over of employees. Their people arent't rude, but just seem generally untrained and indicative of the low-skill, zero-drive types you'd expect to encounter at a convenience store or a fast food joint. I shop there only if I absolutely have to and then spend as little as I can. God forbid you have to actually special order something - which BTW is their go-to answer for most items you might be looking for (severely limited on available size and selection). That process is chaotic and very disorganized and pretty much a headache. (UPDATE 9/1/23: You might as well burn your money and give up on any notion that these people can actually order what you asked for and then follow-through and communicate when your order arrives - IF it ever does... I really liked shopping here until today. They've been very helpful and I've spent thousands here. Generally they have my size and everything.

Had to park this parking lot for my massage appointment because the roads were flooded and my massage therapist across the street had her driveway full. As I was walking across the street injured an employee came out and started screaming that the parking lot was for customers only. Not wanting to park out in the street and slip and hurt myself more, I bought a drink. The employee then came out and started taking pictures of my truck and got on the phone as if to tow it.

I will not shop here anymore which is sad because I enjoyed giving this place...

WAS the only place I shopped at for work clothes and boots. Twice in two months I've tried to get work boots in my size. Both times service was horrible, I had to find someone to assist me. First time shopping for boots all I was told was "we don't have your size." Came back today after having to find some one to help they at least looked but was told out of the entire selection of boots didn't have my size. I was told boots are on order I asked for two months? Both times I had to "find" assistance employees were on their phones and when asked I still had to wait. I WILL NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE AGAIN AND I WILL TELL PEOPLE THAT I KNOW TO...
