I had placed an order with 1800flowers for a delivery for my moms birthday. Unfortunately when doing that they pick the flower shop. My mom lives in Vassar and the shop is in Caro. I did pay a very large amount of money to have these flowers delivered. I requested an afternoon delivery, they did not get delivered until after 7pm, my mom wasn't even home. When looking at the arrangement it was not the large size I had paid for, but a smaller arrangement. I did call 1800flowers to express my disappointment they were going to arrange a new delivery be made. The next day I get a phone call from my mother saying the flower shop is coming to pick up her arrangement because 1800flowers is refusing to pay them. When I was able to speak with I believe Lisa, she told me they were only paid a certain amount from 1800flowers, so because of that the arrangement was made smaller and had to make up for them driving from Caro to Vassar. This is not something I had control over and should not have been punished for because they chose to be a provider for a 3rd party company. Today, two days after everything called my mother's house 3 or 4 times back to back from different numbers, very rude. They told her that 1800flowers is killing small business's and they will never be doing busines with them again. They never offered an apology for this miscommunication. In the end they told her to keep the flowers, which is nice, but they still weren't the ones ordered, so that left me to deal with trying to get a refund from 1800flowers. Read moreOn 4/25/16 around 8:30am I placed an online ordered to be delivered. The delivery was only 10 minutes from the flower shop. I requested the flowers be delivered by 2:00pm. I received my confirmation email right away. At 2:10pm I received an email stating my flowers had been delivered. By 2:30 I finally called to ask if my mother had received the flowers. After searching everywhere in her building she said hadn't received them. Which was already upsetting since these were supposed to be a surprise. I called the flower shop to ask where the flowers were and I was told that the message was sent to be on accident and my flowers hadn't been delivered. I asked why they weren't delivered yet considering it was 2:30pm and I requested a 2:00pm delivery. After questioning me and telling me that my order didn't say that (my copy of the invoice says it right in the comments) they told me well my girl is on lunch so they'll be delivered later today. My mother had to sit around at work until 3:45pm until the flowers were finally delivered. Not only was I upset that the delivery was late, but I was given completely rude customer service. She never apologized and when I asked when they'd be delivered she said sometime later today, then said okay thanks bye and hung up the phone. I will never be ordering from Country...

I got a call back saying that the address I gave her was out of their delivery area which seemed odd to me because one year earlier I had bought an arrangement and had it delivered to this address. Come to find out the end customer had to drive approx ten miles to meet the delivery driver last year and I was never made aware of that.
