Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Caro

I have always loved the ice cream and food here. Though I am disappointed that they are now charging for dipping sauce. It's around 50cents. So, when we had ordered a while back, one of us got the chicken strip basket with fries. Now, I don't know if it comes with two condiment packages or not but I think it should. One for chicken and one for fries. And when we had ordered, we'd only gotten one sauce packet for that and when we were paying, I asked if I could have a package of bbq sauce. Now, if two sauce packets are included in the chicken strip basket, and we only got one, I believe it should be reasonable to give us one extra packet of sauce since it's already included in the price. Just my thoughts, because that would be putting the customers first. Despite this, I will be back. And we will order strategically to get the sauce packets we need. Disappointed that sauce packets are now charged, though I can understand if someone wants an entire handful. Even still, the prices are high enough that I feel it's ridiculous to charge for the sauce packets. Cause I could go to Walmart and buy an entire bottle of bbq sauce for $2/3. My suggestion would be that one sauce packet per each item of food is included, and if someone wants more, then they have to pay for the extras. Also, have the employees say when you are ordering that it will cost. We'd gone to a different dairy queen and they didn't tell us, and if I'd known they would charge nearly 50cents for a sauce packet I wouldn't have paid for it. Though it would be disappointing. Like fries without salt. Or a pb&j without jam. Or a mimosa without fruit. Food items that belong together need to stay together. Like your foods with their sauce. Sorry for the ramble. Best fast food restaurant in town! Unfortunately it's on the complete other side of town from where the rest of the restaurants are. That's the only downside I've found since I've lived in Caro. Staff are wonderful, helpful, and patient. Every time I go here, there's a longer line, but it makes sense why. They just recently opened back up on the inside and I can't wait to eat in! Food is always served hot and fresh. I haven't had any wrong orders and have always got my food within 5 minutes of ordering. Overall, amazing...

The quality of DQ in different counties has been declining and declining. Today I ordered a CHOCOLATE ice cream, turtle blizzard, my kid ordered a CHOCOLATE brownie blizzard. What we received was CHOCOLATE SAUCE mixed into VANILLA ice cream (very poorly mixed at that, the vanilla was obvious) with BARELY any ingredients in it. Won't be wasting money there anymore. This wasn't the FIRST time either, was just HOPING they would have some quality to their products like the old days. Guess quality is non existent...
