Murdogs Diner & Drive-In — Restaurant in Almer Charter Township

I love the food here have for years unfortunately we had a bad older waitress who didn't write our orders correctly and every time we asked her to correct the problem she blamed the kitchen staff we didnt realise till we received the bill it was actually her not writing what we ordered and I even ordered food to go and asked for fries. However when we went home to give the food to my sister there where only chips when I called and asked she said she didn't charge us for them even though we asked so it was ok...... I understand people make mistakes but there where many Mistakes and she refused to take responsibility for any thing wrong. Terrible! Food not what it was before new owners took over. Neither is service unless Heather is there. Cooks in kitchen at dinner times are clueless. Had an order to go tonight.ordered called in at 6:05pm. Special: goulash. Was the worst, driest thing we had ever seen. Think they baked some pasta with nothing but bland skimpy tomato sauce. Tasteless and dried up. No side put in the bag with it..missing applesauce side. Came with dried up toast also. Somebody needs to hire a couple of decent cooks for the dinner shift. Tonight was the first & last time eating food from Murdogs. I went into the restaurant to place the order for 2 pizza calzones & was told that it would be 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes, I went back into the restaurant & was told that they were working on them. After waiting almost 15 more minutes, the order was ready. After getting home & opening the pizza boxes, we found:

1. that both of the calzones were burned
2. that there wasn't any sauce on them
3. there were just a thin layer of toppings
