We live literally right around the corner so we come here quite often and usually when we put in a simple Sunday morning order for a couple of sandwiches things work out fine. This Sunday was a little bit different, but I feel obligated to leave this review so that the owner sees it.
We figured we would relax and sit down this beautiful Sunday morning and this is what we experienced. #1 put in a simple order for a couple of bacon, egg & cheese on bagels with some coffee. It took a tad longer than usual to get the sandwiches because there was a rather long line of cars in the take out car line. #2 there were no napkins anywhere to be seen so we had to ask for napkins in order to clean off the top of the counter or on any of the outside tables because quite honestly, everything was filthy. You would think with so many kids working, there must have been at least half a dozen behind the counter, not doing much, but you would figure one of them would refill the napkins.
We then asked one of the girls if they could clean off the counter because again, it was filthy. It took a while but she finally got to it, and left it drenched with the water from the dirty rag.
#3 - There was no milk in the milk pourer to pour into the coffee. Again, with so many workers behind the counter, honestly not doing much, you would think that at some point someone would walk around to see what needed to be refilled and restocked. So it took a few minutes to get some milk for our coffee. It just was not a the great experience that we are used to here at Seaside Bagel or Bagelmeister. I guess in the future we will probably forego the sitting down experience and just deal with putting in an order and taking it home to eat.

Read moreI've rated the individual businesses I've visited here, so this review is for the shopping center itself; it's not a reflection on the businesses in it.
The parking lot is poorly designed. Traffic doesn't flow easily because of its bad layout with multiple choke points clogging up the main entrance/exit whenever it's busy. A lot of space is wasted on unmarked cut-through intersections that fool drivers into thinking they're empty parking spaces until they reach them.
And the drive-thru lanes for McDonald's and Seaside Bagels are placed in such a way that they block parking spaces and flow to the left - backwards against traffic. This isn't England; we're supposed to drive on the right! (This isn't the fault of those businesses; it's the shopping center's lot design.)
There's also almost no shade despite all the wasted space where there's more than enough room to add a few lines of trees if they just reconfigured the...
Read moreFood Lion there always has great staff. Of course they had no toilet paper but who does these days. All other shelves were well stocked . Store is clean has wipes for carts . Joe's Oasis there is a great place for lunch or dinner. Perogi heaven . Another place with friendly staff , good food and nice atmosphere. There is also a McDonald's right there if you want fast food. And a bagel shop I cannot comment about as I don't eat bagels so have never been there. Several other small places for nails, mailing and a new gift shop I have not been into yet but looks promising . A very nice shopping area to complete more...
