I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel this is necessary to spare someone else the headache of doing business with this store. Two months ago I bought a Speed Queen washer and had them deliver it to my house, they sent me a sales receipt via text. At the time of delivery there was another receipt of sorts that was for the delivery and I lost that. Now today, the washer stopped working, wont turn on or off, the company asks for a sales receipt and we give it to them from two months ago and they say well thats a quote, wont help us, the Speed Queen is a $1400 washer, and they barely will return a text. Two months and the machine doesnt work, cant get a call. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere. Update, so now they are saying they don't like the sales receipt they gave me and that I have not provided proof I purchased the machine, I gave them the sales receipt, they delivered the product and I sent them the payment information that was made to them for the unit. I think their response at this point makes it pretty clear what kind of establishment this is. Buy at your own risk. they obviously have a sales system and have my name in it, pretty unbelievable that they would pretend I didn't purchase a machine from them, when the have all my information. Its pretty clear they have no intention of making sure the machine they sold me is operational, I'm pretty disappointed in the machine not working after only 60 days and for their complete lack of integrity, in denying they sold...

Buscábamos una lavadora análoga con pocas partes electrónicas porque con el servicio eléctrico de nuestro país era la mejor opción. Lo bueno de preguntar a la inteligencia artificial es que analiza todo lo concerniente a los equipos: garantía, durabilidad, precio del equipo comparado con la calidad, etc. Luego de la recomendación, buscamos el mejor lugar para comprarlas y llegamos a ECO Appliances. La primera llamada que realicé, no me contestaron, pero me devolvieron a los cinco minutos. Me llamó la vendedora estrella, Mrs. Leony De La Rosa, quien me orientó sobre el precio y las diferentes opciones. Decidí llegar al lugar y estando allí, me atendió el Señor Cesar Castillo quien tomó de su tiempo para explicarme todo sobre los equipos Speed Queen y finalmente hice la compra. Comprámos dos en vez de una ya que mi madre necesitaba una lavadora también. Alexis nos hizo la entrega y nos instaló el equipo el mismo día. La segundá será entregada en la semana. Buena atención, pero poca información. Si va a comprar uno de sus equipos, copie el modelo y compare su precio en línea. Colocan el precio de venta como si fuera nuevo. Es necesario que regatée.
