Burger King — Restaurant in Carolina

I am NOT a fast food fan, but this BK located in the hard hit by Hurricane Maria Puerto Rico and the rest of the franchises in theisland are doing a tremendous effort at providing a hot meal from breakfast to their staple Whoppers to the affected people of Puerto Rico. I was mostly impressed by the friendly staff who try their best to keep a chaotic environment where customers make long lines and waits just to get something different than the canned products that have been the only alternative for the past three weeks and more to come! They wait to clarify is not due to slow service but sheer volume of customers. Kudos to this and many other franchises, management and staff, doing what they can during these hard times after this monumental...

They are said to open at 5:30am and the worker named Susana made us wait in the servi-carro till 6:30am. When we were there at 5:36am she stated that "They were closed" and that "Their registers opened at 6am". 6 am came and she then pushed it back saying that at "6:30am to 7am" "Whenever they are ready", y eso fue teniendo como 4 carros detrás...

The store was empty. I asked for LG onion rings. They served me old and cold onions rings. I asked them to change it and they served me the same batch of onions rings over and over.
