We recently purchased 4 recliners from them and the entire process was so easy and wonderful. The customer service they provide is old fashioned and thorough. Their communication throughout the process was excellent! Our recliners had to be ordered but were in just 2 weeks later. Michael picked them up himself in High Point, unboxed and inspected each recliner, and then re-wrapped each one before delivering to us. Today was delivery day and Michael and his moving partner, Israel, were so careful unloading each recliner, bringing them through our house and upstairs to the tv room they were going into.
