I was also a member of this club prior to O2 taking over, and I have to say, it's been a much better experience overall since they did. There were definitely some growing pains they went through with maintenance, pool, etc...as mentioned above, but over the past 6+ months they seem to have gotten a good solid hold on things. Plenty of options, great trainers, up-beat/positive instructors, CLEAN (very clean) pool now. Everyone at the desk is very responsive and positive. Was it a bit 'iffy' when they first took over? Yes. The restaurant has a nautical theme with lots of model boats around the borders of the booths with a separate bar area from the restaurant itself.The atmosphere is definitely family and event worthy oriented. Ate at a Malaysian restaurant—very fresh ingredients, good flavor profiles—while a blues(?) band played to an outdoor coffeehouse crowd, across a small park/performance lawn. I will try the "burger pub/bistro" nearby, if I return.
