I really wanted to give them a five, but I can not. I will say the team is friendly, but........

I had a washer and dryer delivered yesterday. When they unhooked the washer, instead of asking for towels they unhooked the water lines and I had water all over my floor, which I had to mop up.

They did not check to make sure the units were working before they left, which if they would have this issue could have been resolved much easier and faster then it was.

I went to run a load, no water to the washer. Yes I know how to turn the valves on, but I should not have to. Again if this was checked before they left it would have been addressed

Got water turned on, ran a load and moved to dryer. Dryer does not come on. At this point I am frustrated

I call down there and tell them what is going on, they said they will come and look and bring a different set in case it is an issue with the dryer

Comes out, goes down and checks the breaker and that is not it. comes back up and notices that it is not plugged in all the way. He plugs it in and gets shocked. He says cord is not grounded and that is the issue. I say that cord worked just fine with my dryer. Responds with not all cords work with all dryers

I work with appliances on a daily basis and I have ordered many dryers for people and I know that it has nothing to do with the dryer but the electrical in the house which determines the cord.

But of course, he would not believe me and says he needs to get a different cord, so he goes and comes back with a 4 prong cord but I need a 3 prong cord. He says we can just get an adapter. I am now pissed.

I again try to explain that there is nothing wrong with the other cord, and maybe he hooked it up wrong and that could explain as to why he was shocked. He goes outside calls down to the store. I call my friend who works on appliances, have him on speaker and he tells them what I have already told them, but still not good enough. Tammy says she will need to contact her manager to see how to handle this

I tell the guy installing to bring the unit in that is in the truck because it is newer, and take the old one he installed this morning, and my friend would install them for me

Needless to say, my friend installed them and also gave the guy a lesson on how to install the cords for the dryer.

I normally do not write reviews, and like I said I really did want to give a 5 before the issues happened. My mom also got a washer and dryer from them and had a lot of issues too, so many that to give her peace of mind my friend went to her house to check everything over.

They also told my mom that they checked the units to make sure they worked, which they did not because if they did the washer tub would have been damp, and because when they hooked up the dryer the breaker tripped if they would had turned that one it would have tripped also. They also dented my mom's door really bad also which they said they did not know they did, but why then did they start using the front door, and how did they not know this.

If I would have had the money, I would have just told them to take both units back and bought somewhere else.

so not only was this an all-day issue with being frustrating and arguing with what needed to be done, we also paid my friend for his time because he did not nor should have he had to fix...

I would give NO stars if i could. DO NOT GO HERE. Do not event attempt it. Go ANYWHERE else. It is impossible to get a hold of the manger, her assistant is rude as hell and apparently cant do anything. They cant track the furniture you order so its a guessing game. OH and theyll probably mess up your paper work by putting someone else on your account and then applying YOUR payment to their account so they try to come after you claiming you didnt make one. The ONLY nice thing was the boy who just started and had to deliver the furniture by himself- keep in mind the manager tried to get me to pay for THAT too even though in the agreement it states FREE LOCAL DELIVERY. And it says so on their site as well. awaiting a call from the district manager and if things aren’t corrected...

Tammy is a super friendly and professional Manager. She really went above and beyond the call of duty. And really listened to what I wanted and was looking for I'm my furniture. They delivered in a speedy manner and even hauled my old couch away. I have bought several items from her store and have always had a positive experience. I would definitely recommend this store to all my friends and family. Thank you so much for you your time, friendly service and for making sure I was 100 percent satisfied with my Recliners. I will most definitely be back again should I need to update the furnishings again!! 5 Star only because they didn't offer a 10...
