Drees Co. — Local services in Carroll

My fiance & I refuse to use this company again for anything! They didn't put in the right size a/c or furnace units to begin with. Now we've had to replace a/c parts yearly for past 4-5 years (same part!!). They almost cost us energy rebates until I got Alliant involved at the original purchase and installation time. They had something electric installed backwards and we had to get that fixed by someone else. They blame the manufacturer & take no responsibility. Multiple summers we've had to use window units while waiting on replacement parts & never get a full season use of new parts which break down the following year. They've had ample opportunities to do what's right from the first day & won't. This year's issue STILL isn't fixed! And they don't communicate - you have to contact them for any updates or you never hear anything (unless it's about giving them money) which they then get snide that you're checking up on status. We're still under warranty for 2 years, but are giving up & going to another company because Drees is just that bad. Take the time to find a better one. Trust me, you'll be better...

They were outstanding to work with from the office to the techs. They were able to get to both of my houses to access the problems very quickly. After needing to order parts they kept me posted on when parts were supposed to arrive. The lake view house parts took a considerable amount of time to arrive due to manufacturing, but the office personnel kept me informed as time went by. The techs informed me about arrival times and also if they were going to be slightly delayed. Great company to work with 99.999%...

The young men that delivered our washer and dryer went way above and beyond as our laundry room is very difficult to get to with the way our house is set up.
