Jalisco Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Carroll

My husband and I went t Jalisco Mexican Restaurant on Saturday June 12, 2021 for a quiet evening meal. The restaurant wasn't very busy that night. It was around 5PM. As we was waiting for our meal there was a customer that was sitting at the bar drinking margaritas. He appeared to have been there for a while. He had his food or leftover in a bag to go. He was very worried that the waiter wasn't going to get his $20 tip which would be divided between 4 waiters. He was loud using the f word. Not once but numerous times. I did asked him to stop using it or to lower his voice. Not only was there other adults there but children. The mom thanked me for doing it. But he continued so I spoke to some of the employees and still nothing. He continued to drink and swear. As I went up to pay he told me that I shouldn't worry about those girls hearing him swear they will hear it anyway in life. True but I didnt have to listen to his language in a public place. He must be friend or frequent customer because nothing was done about. The parents if the girls apologize not...

I am not a negative person at all but our experience was horrible here. It was next to impossible to communicate with our waitress about asking if they had a booster seat instead of a high chair, we asked for no green peppers in our fajitas and they came with them, and they completely forgot my daughters chicken nuggets. Leaving her very hungry and crabby while we waited for them to make them after we had gotten our food. And once they did finally bring her food, the waitress ripped the tortilla out of daughters hand that she was eating and placed her chicken nuggets In front of her. I did not expect to eat for free but I believe some compensation would have been appropriate for all the mistakes. Our experience was...

The food was really good, and I am from an area known for good Mexican food, South Omaha, and my wife to be, was born and raised in Guadalajara. We drove out to Carroll just for a weekend adventure, only reason for only 4 stars , is that we went on Saturday 3/26 and it was very busy, plus they had a big party coming in, so the the workers were doing their best but, the service was fast but not very friendly. I know it is hard on busy days, so I will have to try it again at a less busy time, to pass judgment on service. The 3 amigo's is what ordered, and it was a big plate for 15.00.
